At ZOHANEDU, we want you to be satisfied with your learning experience. This policy outlines the conditions under which you may request a refund for course purchases.
1. Eligibility for Refunds
You may be eligible for a refund if:
- Your request is made within 30 days of the purchase date
- You have consumed less than 20% of the course content (videos, modules, or equivalent)
- The course is not part of a bundle or promotion with different refund terms
2. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be granted in the following cases:
- More than 30 days have passed since purchase
- You have completed more than 20% of the course
- You have already received a certificate of completion for the course
- Abuse or violation of our Terms & Conditions (e.g., sharing access, chargebacks)
3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund:
- Email us at zhninfotech@gmail.com with the subject "Refund Request"
- Include your registered email, course name, and order/payment reference
- Briefly state the reason for your request
We will respond within 5–7 business days. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10–14 business days.
4. Course Access After Refund
Once a refund is processed, your access to the course will be revoked. You may re-enroll at any time by purchasing again.
5. Exceptions
For subscription plans or bundled offerings, specific refund terms will be communicated at the time of purchase. In case of technical issues that prevent access to paid content, we will work to resolve the issue or offer a refund at our discretion.
